In July 2023, we founded a company in Europe to focus on the open creation and distribution of photographic media, which we wanted to develop under our own brand and distribute locally.

However, as we developed our strategy, we found a lot of parallels with Yournal Inc., and we decided to take over their project and develop it further under the joint brand Frsthand.com. In this context, we named the newly-founded European company, Frst Media, s.r.o. and initiated steps to transfer the company to Europe.

The process included convergence of legal regulations, regrouping of teams, change of data repositories, and, last but not least, the start of rewriting the product by a new team.

We would like to introduce Frsthand.com under the umbrella  of Frst Media s.r.o. In January 2024.
