The company Frst Media, s.r.o. fulfilled its obligation and transferred the intellectual property from Yournal Inc., United States, and created the necessary legal and operational documents required to launch the frsthand.com project in Europe.

On January 15, 2024, we officially began operating the existing platform, frsthand.com, from the helm of a new European company . Unfortunately, we have not been able to meet our goal of simultaneously launching our rewritten web app but we believe that users will be able to look forward to the new release in the coming months.  For existing users, i.e. for all existing and future customers, nothing changes in the operation of the service (frsthand.com), and all claims and liabilities arising from activities with Yournal Inc. are preserved and fully taken over by the new acquirer, Frst Media s.r.o.

Another positive fact is that we have mostly retained our global team of collaborators, such as content curators, social media, and support staff, so the  continuity of working and personal relationships may continue. Additionally,, we would like to gradually expand the team to include several users with whom we are already cooperating.

Thank you for your loyalty and patience during the process that led to the transition of the company to Europe and which resulted in minor technical outages or administrative complications.
